RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Flexxzy, we’re committed to making sure you’re satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to set it right under the following terms.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You must request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
In original - packagingcwith all tags intact
- Free of stains, markings, odors, or damage
Non-returnable items include:
- Socks, undergarments, (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as Final Sale / deeply discounted (e.g. 20% or more off)
2. Refunds & Store Credit
- If your returned item passes inspection, you’ll receive a store credit equal to the purchase amount (excluding shipping fees).
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and may be used once (unused balance does not roll over).
- We generally do not issue refunds to the original payment method, unless required by law or under exceptional circumstances.
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives with issues, we’ll fix it. You must:
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

- Order number
- Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item
We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit, depending on item availability.
4. Exchanges & Out-of-Stock Situations
- If you prefer an exchange for a different size or color, we’ll do our best to accommodate it (within eligibility).
- If your desired replacement item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit instead, valid for 12 months.
5. Shipping for Returns
Domestic (within Sri Lanka):
We provide free return shipping via our partnered courier service (for eligible returns).
6. Sale & Discounted Items
- Items discounted 20% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange
- Items discounted less than 20% may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if they meet all eligibility criteria.
7. Gift Orders
- Gifts can be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color (if available).
- No store credit or refunds will be issued to a gift recipient.
